hearing, the Court directs that the guardian ad litem, Ron Turo,
Esquire, be paid the sum of $50.00 in connection with services
rendered with the matter which was brought before the Court this
date, which fee shall be paid by the Petitioner.

upon consideration of the Petition of Bonita
Stahl and after
Hearing in open Court and after Proof of Service upon the
Incompetent and of Notice to t.he Incollpetent's next-oof-kin, it i$
ORDERED and DECREED that Bonita J. Stahl, Guardian of the Estate
of Sara M. Whittington shall change the beneficiary on all the
life insurance policies of Sara M. Whittington to "Estate of Sar~
M. Whittington" and to change the following policies to reduced
paid-Up policies: 1. --Policy nUJl1ber OOW0749355, 2. --policy number
0078266624, and 3.--policy number 0079366340.
