1. I hereby expressly revoke all Wills and Codicils hereto- I

2. I hereby dire.ct my Executor to pay all my just debts, I
funeral and administrative expenses out of my estate., as soon as
practicable after my death.
3. Should my husband, Clarence E. Fahnestock, survive me
for a period of thirty days following my death, I devise. and be-
I queath the. remainder of my estate. to Clarence E. Fahnestock.

The various items of household furniture. and
furnishings in accordance with a written list, if any,
over my signature, and kept with this my Last \Vill and
Testament.
B.
The remainder there.of to The Commonwealth Na.t-
ional Bank, Carlisle, Pennsylvania, In Trust, for the
following purposes:
The income and/or principal of
said trust may be accumulated or expended for the main-
tenance and support of my daughter, Betty Jane Fahnestock,
as my trustee in its sole discretion may determine; and

my trustee, in the expenditure of income and/or principal
for such purposes, may, at its discretion, pay the same
to my said daughter or to any person with whom she re-
sides, without duty on the part of the trustee to super-
vise or inquire into the application of tl~ funds by any
person to whom any payment is so made.

my daughter, Betty Jane Fahnestock, said trust shall
tenninate and the income and principal remaining shall
be distributed to my l.ssue then living, per stirpes.

5. I nominate and appoint my husband, Clarence E. Fahnestockl,
as Executor of this my Last Will and Testament; and as substitute I,
Executor I nominate and appoint The Commonwealth National Bank, I
Carlisle, Pennsylvania. I
6. I direct that my personal representative and tl~stee, as
well as their successors, shall not be required to give bond or
security in any jurisdiction.
