STATEMENT OF PROPOSED DISTRIBUTION OF THE CO~~10NWEALTH
NATIONAL BANK, EXECUTOR OF THE ESTATE OF LENORA E.
FAHNESTOCK, LATE OF WEST PENNSBORO TOWNSHIP, CUMBERLAND
COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA, DECEASED.
The Accountant proposes to distribute the assets remaining
in its hands, consisting of cash in the amount of Twenty-Three
Thousand Seven Hundred Twenty-Five and 98/100 Dollars
($23,725.98), as follows:
The Commonwealth National Bank, Testamentary
Trustee under the Last will and Testament
of decedent.................................... $ 2 3 ,725.98
TOTAL.. ........$23,725.98
The above distribution is proposed because the Last Will
and Testament of the decedent by reason of the prior death of
decedent's husband, Clarence E. Fahnestock, on March 8, 1971,
and after bequeathing various items of household furniture and
furnishings which said items have been heretofor distributed,
devised and bequeathed the remainder of her estate to The
Commonwealth National Bank, Carlisle, Pennsylvania, In Trust, as
provided in Paragraph 4B. of the Last will and Testament of the
decedent. The distribution heretofore made together with the
distribution herein proposed, carries out the intent of the Last
will and Testament of the decedent.

I, Robert K. Reitzel, Trust Manager of The Commonwealth
National Bank, Executor of the Estate of Lenora E. Fahnestock,
deceased, being duly sworn according to law, deposes and states

and correct, to the best of his knowledge, information and
belief.
