LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF
HELEN C. PETERSON
I.. HELEN C. PETERSON, of the Borough of Mount Holly Springs,.
Cumberland County. Pennsylvania, declare this to be my Last Will and
Testament and revoke all Wills and Codicils previously made by me.
ITEM I: I direct that all my just debts and fUneral expenses
shall be paid from my residuary estate as soon as practicable after my
decease, as a part of the expense of the administration of my estate.
ITEM II: I devise and bequeath all of my estate of every
nature and wherever situate to my husband, George I. Peterson. providing
he shall survive me by thirty (30) days.
ITEM III: Should my husband, George I. Peterson, predecease me
or die on or before the thirtieth day following my death, I devise and
bequeath all of my estate of every nature and wherever situate as follows:
A. I bequeath my household goods, jewelry, and other tangible
personal property of like nature (not including cash or securities) to
my daughters. Joan p. Capehart and Linda p. Clippinger, to be divided
between them with due regard for their personal preferences in as nearly
equal shares as practicable. Should either of my said daughters pre-
decease me, I bequeath her share in equal shares to her children living
at the time of my death.
B. I devise and bequeath the residue of my estate of every
nature and wherever situate in equal shares to my daughters, Joan p.
Capehart and Linda p. Clippinger. Should either of my said daughters
predecease me, I devise and bequeath her share in equal shares to her
children living at the time of my death.
ITEM IV: I direct that my hereinafter named Execu~or, or his
successor. may make distribution of my residuary es~ate, wholly or in
part; in kind or in cash.

George I. Peterson" fail to qualify or cease to act as Executor~

ITEM VI: I direct that my personal representative. as
well as his successors. shall not be required to give bond for
the faithful performance of their duties in any jurisdiction.
