LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF
JOHN HERNAn HArtl
I, John Herman Hain, of the Borough of Lemoyne, County of Cumberland and
State of Pennsylvania, hereby make and declare the following, as my Last Will
and Iestament, hereby revoking any wills, by me, at any time heretofore made.
1. I direct my Executor, hereinafter named, to pay all my just debts
and funeral expenses, as soon after my death, as may be practicable.
2. I direct that my funeral service be conducted, at the Charles L.
Nyers Funeral Home, Camp Hill, Pa., by the Pastor of the Fourth United Church
of Christ, Harrisburg, Pa., and that my remains be interred in a concrete vault
in my family plot, in the 3hoop's Church Cemetary. If perpetual care for said
cemetary plot has not already been provided for, I direct that the same be paid
as a part of my funeral expenses.
3. If my ~eloved wife, Pearl Naomi Hain, survives me for a period of
thirty (30) days, I give all of my estate unto the Dauphin Deposit Trust Com-
pany of Harrisburg, Pa., in trust, to pay for the care and maintenance of my
wife, aforesaid, so long as she may live, and to pay for her funeral expenses,
at the time of her death.

In the event that my wife does not survive me, as aforesaid, or that
be a remainder of said trust, at the time of her death, then in
event, I direct that. my Executor, hereinafter named, make distribu-

$1,000.00 to the Fourth United Church of Christ, Harrisburg, Pa.
$1,000.00 to each of the following nieces of my wife, if they sur-

5. All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, not heretofore
disposed of, r direct my Executor to distribute to the West Shore Meals on
'..!heels Inc, a corporaHon, having its address at 23rd. & t1arket Sts, Camp Hill.
