I direct the payment of all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon as conveniently may be after my decease. 2. I give, devise and bequeath to the Dauphin Deposit Bank and Trust Company, Trustee, the net proceeds from the sale of my residence property at 502 williams Grove Road, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, in Trust for the following pur- poses: (A) To expend and use the income therefrom for the benefit of my granddau,hter, Theresa G. Shank, who is presently a resident of Laure1ton State School and Hospital; the Trustee shall use the income for her clothing and other personal needs, and for summer camps. Any remaining balance of income shall be paid to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania toward her main- tenance and education. (B) Upon the death of my said granddaughter, the principal in said Trust Estate shall be distributed by 0.21'11 ". .1..\:1 the Trustee as follows: 1. Sixty-five (65%) per cent. thereof to the Crippled Children and Adult Society of Penn- sylvania, Fulling Mill Road, Middletown, Penn- sylvania. 2. Twenty (20%) per cent. thereof to the D. T. Watson Home for Crippled Children, Leetsdale, Pennsylvania. 3. Ten (10%) per cent. thereof to the Cerebral Palsey Center, at 15 South 30th Street, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania. 4. Five (5%) per cent. thereof to St. Jude's Re- search Center (Danny Thomas Foundation). (C) If the Trustee has taken into the Trust Es- tate any real estate, and as Trustee considers it fea- sible to sell the same, I hereby authorize, empower and direct the said Trustee to sell, at public or private sale or sales, and to convey the same to the purchaser or purchasers thereof and to give good and sufficient Deed or Deeds for the same. (D) I further direct that the Pennsylvania, In- heritance Tax in connection with this Trust Estate shall be paid out of the Trust Estate and not out of my Residuary Estate. 3.
