COLLIER BOLTON, now or late of Camp Hill, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being of sound, disposing mind, memory and understanding, do hereby make, publish and declare this to be my Last will and Testament, hereby revoking and making void any and all wills by me at any time heretofore made. ITEM I - I hereby direct that all of my just debts, funeral expenses, estate and inheritance taxes, also including any lien indebtedness on any real estate held jointly with my wife at the time of my decease, be paid by my hereinafter named Executrix or Co-executors as soon after my death as may be found convenient. ITEM II - All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, whether real, personal or mixed, of whatsoever nature and kind, wheresoever situate and from whatsoever source derived, I give, devise and bequeath to my beloved wife, Grace Elizabeth Bolton, if she survives me. ITEM III - In the event that my wife does not survive me, all bequests and devises to her under this Will shall be void and all the rest, residue and remainder of my estate shall be distributed as follows: A. All of my interest in and to a cottage located at 24 Mount Vernon Avenue, Cape May, New Jersey, I devise and bequeath unto my son, J. Collier Bolton, Jr. B. I hereby give and bequeath the sum of Fifteen Thousand ($15,000) to my son, George V. Bolton II. C.
