Dear Mr. Anderson:
As attorney for Mrs. Grace E. Bolton, the surviving wife
and executrix of the estate of J. Collier Bolton, M.D., late of 839
Country Club Road, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania, I submit herewith a
copy of form 706, Federal Estate Tax Return, which has been filed
with Internal Revenue Service at Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
No administration of estate assets is required in Pennsylvania,
since all property was divided jointly as tenants by entireties.
