LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I, FRANK B. WILLIAMS, of the Borough of Mechanicsburg,
County of Cumberland and State of Pennsylvania, being of sound
mind, memory and understanding, do make, publish and declare
this to be my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and
making void all former wills, codicils and other testamentary
dispositions by me at any time heretofore made.
1.
I direct my executor, hereinafter named, to pay as soon
as practicable after my decease all my just debts and the ex-
penses of my last illness and burial.
2.
I give, devise and bequeath all of my estate to my wife,
Martha S. Williams, absolutely.
3.
Should my said wife predecease me, then and in that
event, I dispose of my estate as follows:
A. I give and bequeath the sum of Five Hundred ($500.00)
Dollars unto each of my grandchildren living at the
time of my death.
B. I give and bequeath such items of my household goods,
furniture, chattels and personal property as are more
fully set forth in a separate instrument in writing
signed by me unto my children, Anne W. Miller and
Frank B. Williams, Jr., as indicated on said in-
strument.
C. All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate I
give, devise and bequeath unto my said children,
Anne w. Miller and Frank B. Williams, Jr., equally,
share and share alike.
4.
I direct that my executors payout of my residuary estate
all death, succession, transfer, estate and inheritance taxes,
levied or assessed upon or with respect to any property which
is included in my estate for purposes of computing any of such

taxes; I further direct that my executors shall have no right
of reimbursement for such taxes from any person who is a benefi-
ciary, transferee, legatee or devisee of any of the property
upon or with respect to which any such tax is assessed or levied.
5.
I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my said wife,
Martha S. Williams, executrix of this my last Will. Should my
wife, Martha S. Williams, fail to qualify or cease to act as
executrix I appoint my said children, Anne W. Miller and Frank
B. Williams, Jr., executors of this my last Will and Testament.
6.
I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my son, Frank
B. Williams, Jr., guardian of any property which passes hereunder
to his minor children, and I hereby excuse the said Frank B.
Williams, Jr. from filing any bond for the performance of his
duties as guardian.
7.
I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my daughter,
Anne W. Miller, guardian of any property which passes hereunder
to her minor children, and I hereby excuse the said Anne W.
Miller from filing any bond for the performance of her duties
as guardian.
