MARY ANNA HAMBRIGHT
I, MARY ANNA HAMBRIGHT, of the Borough of Wormleysburg, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, declare this to be my last will and revoke any will previously made
by me.
Item I. I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses, including my
gravemarker and all expenses of my last illness, shall be paid from my residuary
estate as SOon as practicable after my decease as a part of the expense of the
administration of my estate.
Item II. I give and bequeath all my clothing to the DAUPHIN COUNTY HOME,
of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.
Item III. I give and bequeath my oval marble-top hall stand, my four silver
goblets, and my two antique oval fruit pictures in their frames to~y niece,
DOROTHY E. SNOKE, of Wormleysburg, provided she survive my death by sixty ( 60 )
days.
Item IV. I give and bequeath the following items to my niece, MRS. EARL
STEEVER, of Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, provided she survive my death by sixty
( 60 ) days:
one Tiffany floor light
one Dogwood pottery crystal salad bowl
eight crystal water goblets
eight crystal fruit desert goblets
one gold fabric chair
one crystal celery stand
one coal-oil light with bracket

Item V. I give and bequeath the following items to my niece, MRS. RICHARD
LOVELL, of Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, provided she survive my death by sixty
( 60 ) days:
two blue coal-oil lights with skirts
one diamond ring and wedding band
one cherry wood five-piece bedroom suit
Item VI. I give and bequeath the following items to BARRY SNOKE, of
Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, provided he survive my death by sixty ( 60 ) days.
one old green tan and blue beer stein
one beer stein with "MB" on bottom
one brass cuspidor
one brown ceramic pitcher and bowl set
one tall crystal-stemmed, red-brown goblet
Item VII. All the rest, residue, and remainder of my estate of every nature
and wherever situate, I give, devise, and bequeath to my daughter, JOYCE HEFFELBOWER,
of Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania.
Item VIII. I appoint EARL STEEVER, of Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, executor
of this my last will. Should the said Earl Steever predecease me or otherwise
fail to qualify or cease to serve as executor, I appoint BARRY SNOKE, of
Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, executor of this my last will.
Item IX. I direct that my personal representatives, as well as their
successors, shall not be required to give bond for the faithful performance of
their duties in any jurisdiction.
