LAST WIIJ.. AND TESTAMENT
I, J. PERRY HOCKERSMITH, of 709 Brenton Street, Shippensburg, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, being of sound mind, memory and understanding, do
make and publish this my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making
" void any and all former wills by me at any time heretofore made.
\: FIRST. I direct my hereinafter named Executors to pay all my just debts

I give, devise and bequeath all my property, real, personal and
mixed, whatsoever and wheresoever situate, as follows:

I give, devise and bequeath one equal share to my daughter, RUTH H.

I give, devise and bequeath one equal share to my daughter, CATHERINE
H. LEACH, Provided further that of the aforesaid share, I direct that the sum
of SIX'IEEN THOUSAND ($16,000.00) Dollars of the same shall be held and placed
in Trust and I hereby naninate, constitute and appoint my son ROBERI' W.
HOCKERSMITH and my daughter RU'IH H. MaVERY, or the survivor of them, as
II Trustees of the same, the said Trustees to invest and reinvest the same in
I legal or non-legal investments whichever in their discretion they deem proper,
1\ including but in no way limited to bank certificates of deposit and to pay the
I net incane therefran at least semi-annually to my said daughter CATHERINE H.
II LEACH and at her death or in the event she predeceases me, to pay the princi-

II pal of the said Trust to my son ROBERT W. HOCKERSMITH, my daughter RUTH H.

I then give and bequeath the share of my deceased child, equally, share and
share alike to the children of my said deceased child, living at the time of
I my decease.
FOURTH. I hereby naninate, constitute and appoint my son IDBERT W.
HOCKERSMITH and my daughter RUlli H. MOWERY, as the Executors of this my last
Will and Testament, my said Executors to have full pcMer and authority to
do any aYld all things necessary for the canplete administration of my estate,
including the pcMer to sell any and all real and personal property of which
I may die seized, at public or private sales, in their discretion, and
without any Order of any Court; and I further direct that my said Executors
not be required to file any Bond in connection with the settlement of my
Estate.
