OBJECTIONS TO ACCOUNT
AND NOW comes Grace Steele through her attorneys, Irwin, Irwin
Irwin, Esquires, who object to the account in the captioned estate
as follows:
1.
Roy E. Hoffman, has not rendered a full accounting of estate assets
The exceptant believes and therefore avers that the accountant,
because one of the beneficiaries, Amos Dewalt, improperly withheld
certain estate assets from the executor thereby preventing the
executor from administering same.
2.
The exceptant further believes and therefore avers that said
beneficiary, Amos Dewalt, improperly transferred certain certificates
of deposit owned by the decedent into his own name Drior to the death
of decedent thereby preventing said certificates from becoming an
estate asset.
3.
The accountant, Roy E. Hoffman, failed to take proper legal
action to restore to the estate the above assets and thereby make
them available for distribution.
WHEREFORE, the exceptant, G~ace Steele, prays your honorable
court refuse to confirm the account as filed in this estate and
1.J appoint an auditor to resolve the objections taken herein.
