LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF FLORENCE M. RAFAEL
I, FLORENCE M. RAFAEL, of Mechanicsburg, Cumberland
County, and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, being of sound
and disposing mind, memory and understanding, do make, publish
and declare this as and for my Last Will and Testament, hereby
revoking and making void all former Wills and Codicils by me
at any time heretofore made.
FIRST: I order and direct that all my just debts
and funeral expenses be paid by my Executor hereinafter named
as soon as conveniently may be done after my decease.
SECOND: I hereby give, devise and bequeath my note
for One Thousand ($1,000.00) Dollars, dated June 8, 1977, Cer-
tificate Number B-2467, owed by The Mission Board of the Dio-
cese of Harrisburg, to Saint Joseph's Catholic Church of Me-
chanicsburg, Pennsylvania, in memory of my beloved husband,
Emil W. Rafael.
THIRD: I hereby give, devise and bequeath any auto-
mobiles owned by me at the time of my death to my brother,
LEO H. EPPLEY, SENIOR, to be his property absolutely.
FOURTH: I hereby give, devise and bequeath the
following shares of stock, located in my safe deposit box at
the Commonwealth National Bank, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania,
to JOSEPH P. ALEXA, of Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, to be his
property absolutely: General Tire and Rubber, twenty-nine (29)
shares; Penn Central, one hundred (100) shares; Foremost McKes-
son, twenty (20) shares; Simmonds Precision, twenty-two (22)

shares; Coastal Caribbean, one hundred (100) shares.
FIFTH: I give, devise and bequeath certain items
of my personal property to the beneficiaries designated in a
written list contained in a strong box located at my residence.
SIXTH: I hereby authorize my sister, GLADYS CaMP,
my brother, LEO H. EPPLEY, SENIOR, my niece, MAR~IA ANN EP-
PLEY, and my nephew, LEO EPPLEY, JillIIOR, to retain in kind
for their personal possession, any or all of my household
furnishings not disposed of in the written list contained in
my strong box as set forth in the preceding paragraph FIFTH
of this, my Last Will and Testament. Choices by these bene-
ficiaries under this paragraph are to be made on a rotational
basis in an order to be determined by my Executor, hereinafter
named. Any furnishings which are undisposed of under this
provision are to be sold subject to the terms and conditions
of the following paragraph, paragraph SEVENTH, of this, my
Last Will and Testament.
SEVENTH: I order and direct that the premises situ-
ate at 304 South Filbert Street, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania,
together with a1 household furnishings not previously disposed
of under the foregoing provisions of this, my Last Will and
Testament, be sold as soon after my death as is practicable.
Such sale may be public or private and subject to such terms
and conditions as my Executor, in his discretion, deems fit.
I further order and direct that my niece, !1ARTHA ANN EPPLEY,
and my nephew, LEO EPPLEY, JUNIOR, each be paid Five Thousand
($5,000.00) Dollars from the proceeds of this sale, with the
balance of the proceeds to be distributed in accordance with

the provisions of the following paragraph, paragraph EIGHTH,
of this, my Last Will and Testament.
EIGHTH: I give, devise and bequeath the rest, resi-
due and remainder of my Estate, real, personal and mixed, what-
soever and wheresoever situate, in equal shares, unto my sis-
ter, GLADYS COMP, and my brother, LEO H. EPPLEY, SENIOR.
LASTLY, I nominate, constitute and appoint JOSEPH
P. ALEXA, Executor of this, my Last Will and Testament, but
if for any reason he shall fail to qualify as such Executor, or
cease so to act, then I nominate, constitute and appoint my
niece, MARTHA Am1 EPPLEY, to serve in his place and stead.
Finally, if both of these aforesaid individuals fail to qualify
or cease so to act, then I nominate, constitute and appoint
the COMMONWEALTH NATIONAL BANK to serve in their place and
stead. I herehy authorize any of the said Executors to serve
without bond.
IN l'7ITrmSS lVHEREOF, I, FLORENCE ~L RAFAEL, have here-
unto set my hand and seal to this, my Last Will and Testament,
which consists of three (3) typewritten pages, to each of
which I have affixed my signature, this 22-- ~ day of Novem-
ber, A. D. One Thousand Nine Hundred Seventy-seven (1977).

of the Testatrix, was on the date hereof, signed, sealed, pub-
lished and declared by FLORENCE M. RAFAEL, the Testatrix therein

of us, who, at her request and in her presence, and in the pre-
sence of each other, have subscribed our names as witnesses
thereto.
