MAIRS, late of Mechanicsburg Borough, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, deceased, died intestate on August 4, 2004; WHEREAS, Letters of Administration on the Estate ofthe said decedent were duly issued by the Register of Wills of Cumberland County, Estate No. 2005-00562, and Letters were granted to Donna L. Weber, hereinafter called personal representative on June 21,2005; WHEREAS, the assets of the said decedent consist of personal property to a total value of $2,127.74 as set forth in the attached Distribution Schedule, which is attached hereto and made a part hereof and marked Exhibit A; WHEREAS, I, Donna L. Weber, sole beneficiary of the Estate to hereby acknowledge and agree with receipt of those assets set forth in said Distribution Schedule; THEREFORE, I hereby remise, release, quit claim and forever discharge Marielle F.
