YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the undersigned Auditor
appointed by Order of Court dated July 6, 1979 in the above
mentioned matter to pass upon the objections to the First
and Final Account of Roy E. Hoffman, Executor, will meet for
the purpose of his appointment on Wednesday, September 26,
1979, at 9:00 A.M., in the office of Myers, Myers, Flower &
Johnson, Second Floor Farmers Trust Company Building, 1 West
High Street, Carlisle, Pennsylvania, at which time and place
you may appear and be heard together with your witnesses and
your counsel, if you so desire.
