Dewalt Estate No. 21-78-511 Dear Judge Shughart: I regret the delay in my report on this matter. The hearing date was delayed until September 26th since all parties appeared optimistic of settling the case. The settlement negotiations were unsuccessful. The exceptant was unable to attend this hearing, and I have recently been informed by Roger B. Irwin, Esquire, her attorney, that she wishes to withdraw her exceptions. Since she is the sole exceptant in this case, this should eliminate the need for a hearing. I have asked Mr. Irwin to provide me with written confirmation of his client's withdrawal of the exceptions. Upon receiving this, unless otherwise instructed, I will forward the file, the withdrawal of exceptions and statement of my time to you.
