At the request of the parties, I have refrained from
setting a date for the hearing in the above-captioned
matter, pending completion of settlement negotiations. Since
my appointment is dated July 6, 1979, I will have to get
this matter moving if it is to be completed on time.
Accordingly, if no settlement is reached by September 14,
1979, I will set a date for the hearing.
