STIPULA nON AGAINST LIENS
WHEREAS, Frederick M. Cobb, III, dba Hardrack Roofing, with offices at 5612 Peaceful Oak Drive,
Waynesboro, P A 17268-9079 hereinafter called "Contractor", entered into a contract with The Presbyterian
Church of Shippensburg, located at 144 East King Street, Shippensburg, P A 17257 with its business office
located at 12 S. Prince Street, Shippensburg, PA 17257, hereinafter called "Owner", to provide materials and
perform labor necessary for various services including the cleaning and disinfection oJ: repairs to, and the
construction of a roof on the Church's bell tower, and various other repairs, located at Tbe Presbyterian
Cburcb oCShippensburg, which is localed at 144 East King Street, Sbippensburg, PA 17257, pursuant
to a contract dated the ~day of November, 2005 in the County of Cumberland and Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania., being the same premises described by a Deed dated the 8th day of Januaty, 1844 and recorded
in the Recorder's Office in and for Cumberland County, at Carlisle, Pennsylvania., in Deed Book 1 UU Vol.
1842-1844, Pages 461,462,463.
NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby stipulated and agreed by and between the said parties, as part of the said
Contract and for the consideration therein set forth, that neither the undersigned Conlrnctor, any Subconlrnctor
or material supplier, nor any other person furnishing labor or materials to the said Contractor under this
Contract shall file a lien, connnonly called a mechanic's lien, for wode done or materials furnished to the said
building or any part thereof.
This stipulation is made and intended to be filed with the County ProthonotaJy in accordance with the
requirements of Section 1402 of the Mechanics Lien Law of 1963 of the Connnonwealth of Pennsylvania in
such case provided.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said parties hereto have hereunto set their hands and seals or caused these
