2005 , at the time of and immediately before the execution of the
principal contract, and before any authority has been given by the said Brandon L, Teresa L, Brian P & Kim L Weary
to the said Franklin Builders
to commence work on the said building, or purchase materials
for the same in consideration of the making of the said contract with Franklin Builders
and the further consideration of One Dollar, to Franklin Builders
paid by Brandon L, Teresa L, Brian P & Kim L We, it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the building by the
contractor, or any sub-contractor, nor by any of the material men or workmen or any other person for any labor, or
materials purchased for the erection of said building, the right to file such liens being expressly waived.
WITNESS, our hands and seals the day and year aforesaid.

Pennsylvania, bounded and described in accordance with a Final Minor Subdivision Plan for J. Maynard and Treva
M. Weary, recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds for Cumberland County in Plan Book 48, Page 96, as
follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the center line of a 40 foot wide public road known as the Newville Road
(Pennsylvania 641) at comer of land now or formerly of Walter M. Fickes; thence North 30 degrees 30 minutes
West 445.50 feet to a point; thence by the same, South 75 degrees West 1,806.75 feet to a point; thence by the same,
