LEER, of Penn Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being of sound mind, memory and understanding, do make, publish and declare this as and for my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making void all former Wills by me at any tiITle heretofore made. FIRST. I direct all my just debts and funeral expenses be fully paid and satisfied out of my estate by my personal represen- tative hereinafter named as soon as conveniently may be after my decease. SECOND. I give, devise and bequeath all of my estate, real and personal, to my wife, Mary C. Leer, absolutely. THIRD. In the event my wife predeceases me, then I give, devise and bequeath the following bequests and devises: (a.) To the Huntsdale Church of the Brethren the sum of five hundred ($500.00) Dollars. (b.) To the Huntsdale Church Cemetery the sum of five hundred ($500.00) Dollars. (c.) To Camp Eder of said Church, near Fairfield, Pennsylvania, the sum of five hundred ($500.00) Dollars. (d.) To the Church of the Brethren Brotherhood Board the swn of one thousand ($1,000.00) Dollars. (e.) To the following nieces and nephews the sum of two hundred ($200.00) Dollars each: 1. Everett C.
