LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I, Janetta M. Forney, widow, of Lower Mifflin Township,
(R. D. #2, Newville), Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being of
sound and disposing mind and memory and understanding, do hereby
make, publish and declare this as and for my Last Will and
Testament, hereby revoking and making void any and all Wills by
me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST: I direct my hereinafter named Executors to pay all
of my just debts and funeral expenses as soon after my death as
may be found convenient to do so.
SECOND: I direct my Executors to pay One Hundred ($100.00)
Dollars to the trust fund established for the care of the Newvill
Cemetery where my body is interred, the income to be used for
the care and maintenance for the three Forney Lots in said
Cemetery.
THIRD: I give and bequeath the sum of Fifty ($50.00)
Dollars to my daughter, Chloe E. Forney, her heirs and assigns.
FOURTH: I give, devise and bequeath the tract of woodland,
containing approximately four (4) acres, in Lower Mifflin Town-
ship, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, to Bruce E. Forney for
life, and, upon his death, to Dean W. Forney, or his heirs.
FIFTH: All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate,
real, personal and mixed, and wheresoever the same may be situate,
I give, devise and bequeath to my son, Dean W. Forney, his heirs
and assigns, subject to payment by him of any mortgage or other
encumbrances which may be liens against my real estate which I
may own at the time of my death.
SIXTH: I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my said

sons, Bruce E. Forney and Dean W. Forney as CO-Executors of this

As to such tax that is paid within three months from date of death, a five (5%) percent
discount is allowable. As to any tax that remains unpaid after nine (9) months (fifteen months
when death occurred from December 22, 1965 to June 16, 1971, inclusive; and twelve months
when death occurred prior to December 22, 1965) from date of death, interest at the rate of six
(6%) percent per annum is charged.
Any party in interest who is aggrieved by this notice may object thereto within sixty
days after receipt of said notice as provided by Section 1001 of the Inheritance and Estate Tax
Act of 1961, 72 P. S. 2485-1001, P. L. 373.
