FIRST: I direct my just debts and funeral expenses be paid by my Co-Executors, hereinafter named, as soon as possible after my decease. SECOND: All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, whether real, personal or mixed, I give, devise and bequeath to my surviving children, namely: C. Herman Stansfield, Harold W. Stansfield, Charles E. Stansfield, and Vera L. Whisler, share and share alike. THIRD: Should any of the above-mentioned children pre- decease me, then I direct that the share of said deceased child shall be distributed equally among my surviving children. FOURTH: My personal representatives shall have the follow- lng powers in addition to those vested in them by law and by other provisions of my Will, applicable to all property, whether principal or income, exercisable without court approval and effective until distribution of all property: (a) To retain any or all of the assets of my estate, whether real or personal, without regard to any principle of diversification, risk or productivity.
