Decedent's will and codicil provides the income of
the residue after payment of the above specific bequests
shall be held in trust to provide for the maintenance of
decedent's Aunt, Gutrude Toot, and thereafter the residue
shall be held in trust to be distributed to charities
designated by John M. Eakin, the trustee named therein,
over a period of 10 years.
Gutrude Toot died in 1974.
The accountant therefore proposes to distribute the
net estate after payment of said bequests to John M. Eakin"
Trustee under decedent's will.
The assets in said estate to be distributed to the
trustee are the following:
1. Sixty Food Fair Development 6% Bonds
of June 15, 1984 @ $ 725.
2. U.S. Series E Bonds as per account
3. U.S. Treasury Notes, Series 1980
4. Certificate of Deposit No. 4049,
First Bank & Trust Co. of Mech.
