Thank you for the response to our letter of
D~cember 19, 1980 concerning the referenced estate.
Please be advised that if you waived receipt
of the executor's commission it cannot be deducted on
thE Inheritance Tax Return. In order to correct the
return, ell must contact the Register of Wills of
Cumberl,li~u County and amend the Statement of Debts and
Deductions approved Oc~ober 18, 1979. The Register of

prepa~e a new tax assessment. Legal action will not be
initiated if the additional tax and interest is paid by
