LAST WILL AND TESTA1.1ENT
II; CHARLES H. COLLINS. SH., of the Borough of IvIechanicsburg,
COlli~ty of Cumberland and State of Pennsylvania, being of sound
mind, memory and understanding, do make, publish and declare this
to be my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making void
all former wills, codicils and other testamentary dispositions by
me at any time heretofore made.
1.
I direct my executor, hereinafter named, to pay as soon as
practicable after my decease all my just debts and the expenses
of my last illness and burial.
2.
I give and bequeath all of my personal property unto my be-
loved wife, Evelyn M. Collins, absolutely.
3.
I give and devise my real estate known as No. 118 East Locust
Street, Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania unto my said
wife, Evelyn M. Collins, for and during the term of her natural life
and at her death I give and devise the same unto my sons, Charles H.
Collins, Jr. and Richard W. Collins, absolutely.
Should however, my said wife, Evelyn M. Collins, remove from
said house during her natural life, then and in that event, I order
and direct my said executor, hereinafter named, to sell and convert
said real estate into money and distribute the proceeds thereof
unto my said wife, Evelyn N. C:J'ollins, and my sons, Charles H. Collins, Jr
and Richard iii. Collins, equally, share and share alike. For the afore-
said purpose I hereby authorize and empower my said executor, here-
inafter named, to sell and dispose of the said real estate at public
or private sale, for such price or prices and upon such terms and
conditions as he shall deem best, and to sign, seal, execute, acY~ow-
ledge and deliver unto the purchaser or purchasers thereof such deed
or deeds as may requisite and necessary for the granting and assuring
the same unto the purchaser or purchasers thereof in fee simple.

I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my son, Richard W.
Collins, executor of this my last Will and Testament. Should the
said Richard W. Collins predecease me, then and in his stead, I
hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my son, Charles H. Collins,
Jr., executor of this my will.
