to be my Will, revoking all prior Wills.
~IRST: I give, devise and bequeath my entire estate to

A. I give (20%) twenty percent to my niece,
ELEANOR DeSILVEY REESE:
B. I give (20%) twenty percent to each of my brothers,
SA}mEL~~. DAVENPORT, of Kingston, Pennsylvania, RAYMOND G~
DAVENPORT of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, HOWARD T. DAVENPORT,
of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, and STANLEY 1. DAVENPORT, JR., of
Pettstown, Pennsylvania. Should my niece or any brother
predecease me, leaving issue surviving, his or her share shall go
to his or her issue, per stirpes.
SECOND: The interest of the beneficiaries hereunder shall
not be subject to anticipation, or to voluntary or involuntary
alienation.
THIRD: I direct that all taxes that may be assessed in
consequence of my death shall be paid from my general estate as a
part of the expense of administration thereof.
FOURTH: In addition to the powers granted by law, I give
my personal representatives the following powers:
A. To retain any or all real or personal property'
owned by me at my death and to invest in all forms of property
(including shares of investment companies), without being confined
to leGal investments;
