I, G. MEADE CAREY, of Sout h Di ckinson Township, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, do hereby declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,
and revoke all Wills which I have previ ously made.
1. I give, devise and bequeath my entire estate to my wife, Est ella
D. Carey, absolutely, if she survives me; ot herwise, I give, devise and be-
queath the same in equal shares to my children, and if my children shall pre-
decease me, leaving issue to survive, such issue shall take their deceased parents I
share per stirpes.
2. I appoint my wife, Estella D. Carey, as executrix of this Wi 11
and if, for any reason,' she shall fail to qualify or cease to act as such during the
administration of my estate, I appoint my daughter, Martha Cornman, as sub-
stituted executrix, and if, for any reason, she shall fail to qualify or cease to act
as such during the administration of my estate, I appoint as substituted executor
my son, Dal e M. Carey. No bond shall be required of any executrix or executor
under this Wi 11.
