and Commonwealth, KA THLEEN A. WEEKS, who being duly sworn according to
law, deposes and says that on April 24, 1979 she personally delivered to the office
of James R. Humer, Esquire, at One West High Street, Carlisle, Pennsylvania,
a copy of the Objections to the Proposed Accounting of the Estate of G. Meade
Carey which were duly filed on the same day in the Register of Wills Office
of Cumberland County. Said James R. Humer is the attorney representing the
Estate of G. Meade Carey.
