OBJECTIONS TO THE PROPOSED ACCOUNTING
OF THE ESTATE OF G. MEADE CAREY
AND NOW, comes the Petitioner, JANET L. BANGERT, by her attorney,
John R. Zonarich, of Skarlatos and Zonarich, and files these objections to the
Proposed Accounting to be presented for confirmation on May 1, 1979:
1. The Petitioner, JANET L. BANGER T, is an adult individual residing
at 427 Cherry Avenue, Highspire, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania, and is the
former wife of one of the Distributees of this Estate, Randall B. Carey.
2. The Petitioner and the proposed distributee, Randall B. Carey,
married and had three (3) children during the term of their marriage.
3. After their divorce a Child Support Order was entered against the
father, Randall Carey, in Adams County, Pennsylvania, for the amount of
Twenty-Five ($25.00) Dollars per week for the support of his three (3) children;
custody was granted to the Petitioner, Janet L. Bangert.
4. Randall B. Carey moved to Georgia and concealed his whereabouts for
extended periods of time and failed and refused to provide support and maintenance
for his three (3) minor children. Verification of this allegation can be found in

a letter received by this office from the new Mrs. Randall B. Carey attached
hereto as Exhibit "A ".
5. Randall B. Carey has built up substantial arrearages in support which
the Petitioner claims on behalf of herself as compensation for monies expended
for pnst support and maintenance of the children and on behalf of her minor
children for future support and maintenance.
6. A Bill in Equity was filed by the Petitioner on April 16, 1979 in the
Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania No. 18 Equity,
1979, seeking to have Randall Carey's share of his father, G. Meade Carey's,
estate held in trust by a receiver pending the determination of the Equity action.
A true and correct copy of said Bill in Equity is attached hereto, labelled Exhibit
liB II and made a part hereof. This procedure was followed in the case of
Kemnitzer v. Kemnitzer, 335 Pa. 105, 6 A. 2d 571 (1939) where the court appointed
a receiver to take over the husband's interest in the estate and to conserve it
for the benefit of the wife and children.
7. The Bill in Equity referred to above also seeks an injunction to prevent
the proposed distribution to Randall B. Carey.
WHEREFORE, the Petitioner objects to the proposed distribution of this
estate insofar as the Distributee, Randall B. Carey.
