stipulated by and between JOHN R. ZONARICH, ESQUIRE, Attorney for Petitioner,
JANET L. BANGERT, and JAMES R. HUMER, ESQUIRE, Attorney for MARTHA
CORNMAN, Executrix of the Estate of G. Meade Carey, as follows:
1. The Objections to the Proposed Accounting of the Estate of G. Meade
Carey filed April 24, 1979 are hereby withdrawn.
2. Both counsel for the Petitioner, JANET L. BANGER T, and counsel
for the Executrix, MAR THA CORNMAN, agree that the condition of this withdrawal
shall be that the attorney for the Executrix pay the Distributee RANDALL B. CAREY'S
share of the Estate of G. Meade Carey to the Prothonotary of Cumberland County
as money paid into Court pending the final disposition of the equity action No. 18
Equity 1979.
