I, ELSIE K. GEHRING, of the Borough of Carlisle, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, do make, publish and declare this as and for my last
will and testament, hereby revoking all wills heretofore made by me.
1. I give, devise and bequeath the whole of my estate unto my two
children, Joan G. Lightner and Philip K. Gehring, in equal '81ares, and if
either of them should predecease me, then to the surviving issue of said deceas-
ed child, per stirpes.
II. I appoint Farmers Trust Company as Testamentary Guardian of
the Estate of any beneficiary under this will who is a minor at the time of dis-
tribution of my estate to hold the share of said minor until he or she becomes
21 years of age.
III. I appoint as co-executors of this my last will and testament
my daughter, Joan G. Lightner and my son, Philip K. Gehring, or the survivor
of them; if for any reason both of them shall fail to qualify or cease to act as
such during the administration of my estate, I appoint Farmers Trust Company
of Carlisle, Pennsylvania, as substituted executor. I direct that no bond shall
be required of any fiduciary named in this will either by reason of non-residence
in Pennsylvania or otherwise.
