MacArthur, late of North Newton Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, deceased, suggests the following Schedule of Distribution, pursuant to Will of Decedent, a copy of which is attached hereto. It is suggested that Fred Wagner, great-grandchild of Decedent, and Legatee under the Will of Decedent was born January 8, 1961, and his share of Decedent's Estate is therefore distributable to the Farmers' Trust Company, Carlisle, Pennsylvania, as Testamentary Guardian for the Estate of the said Fred Wagner.
