M., the Account having been confirmed and the Statement

of Proposed Distribution awarding the real estate, in kind,
described tract of real estate is hereby awarded to Charlotte I.
to Charlotte I. Miller, having also been confirmed, the following
f'v'Iiller:
ALL THOSE CERTAIN lots or pieces of land situate in
"Summerdale", East Pennsboro Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, bounded and described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a point on the south side of Mountain Street,
located eastwardly seventy-five (75) feet from the south-
east corner of Fourth and Mountain Streets; thence contin-
uing eastwardly along the southern line of Mountain Street
seventy-five (75) feet to a point on the western line
of Lot No. 99, Section "C" in the Plan of Lots hereinafter
mentioned; thence southwardly along the said western
line of Lot No. 99, Section "C", one hundred fifty (150)
feet to a twelve (12) foot wide alley; thence westwardly
along the northern line of said twelve foot alley a dis-
tance of seventy-five (75) feet to a point; and thence
northwardly in a line parallel with Fourth Street through
Lot No. 101, a distance of one hundred fifty (150) feet
to the place of beginning.
Being all of Lot No. 100 and the eastern half of Lot
No. 101, Section "C", Plan of Summerd.ale as recorded
in the Cumberland County Recorder's Office in Plan Book
No.1, page 44 and Plan Book No.2, page 109.
Having thereon erected a single brick dwelling house.
Being the same tract of land which Frederick L. Clements
and Laura Clements, his wife, by Deed dated June 26,
1959, and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds
in and for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, in Deed Book
"F", Vol. 19" page 246, granted and conveyed to Michael E.
Miller, Jr. The said Michael E. Miller, Jr. died November
6, 1978 intestate. Charlotte I. Miller, the administratrix,
is the surviving spouse of the decedent.
UNDER AND SUBJECT, nevertheless, to a mortgage of the
decedent in the amount of $13,300.00 to Cumberland County
National Bank, dated June 26, 1959 and recorded in the
Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland

to Union National Bank of Mahanoy City on December 10,
1959.

Miller, Jr. to Charlotte T. Miller.

Distribution in the above matter having been confirmed by the
Court, on Petition of Charlotte T. Miller, Mother and natural
guardian of Judith L. Miller, a minor child, and on motion
of Fowler, Addams & Shughart, it is hereby ordered and decreed
t:hat
Charlotte T. Miller, Mother and natural guardian of
Judith L. Miller, a minor child, shall deposit the share of
the mi,nor in the Estate of Michae] E. Miller, Jr., to wit the
sum of $1,616.53, into a savings account in CCNE Bank. The
account shall be established in the name of Charlotte I. Miller
with a right of wit,hdrawaJ only upon further order of this
Court but without the entry of any security. The balance in
the account shall be delivered to the minor child, Judith L.
Miller, on her eighteenth birthday, March 10, 198]

PURSUANT TO 20 Pa. C.S.A. 5101
The Petition of Charlotte I. Miller, administratrix of
the Estate of Michael E. l;iller, Jr. and mother and natural
guardian of Judith L. Miller, respectfully represents as follows:

That your Petitioner is Charlotte I. Miller, the surviving

of Michael E. Miller, Jr.
That your Petitioner is the administratrix of the Estate
3.
That your Petitioner is the mother and natural guardian
of Judith L. Miller, a surviving daughter of the decedent.
4.
That Judith L. Miller is a minor child who was born to
the decedent and your Petitioner on March 10, 1963 and who
is presently sixteen (16) years of age.
5.
That the interest of the minor child in the estate of
her father is one-sixth of the balance for distribution of
the estate after deduction of the first $20,000.00
to your Petitioner.
6.
That the total interest of the estate of the decedent
awarded to the minor child under the Statement of Proposed
Distribution confirmed by Your Honorable Court is the Sum of
$1,616.53.

That it may be necessary that your Petitioner expend
a portion or all of the interest of the said minor in order
to support and care for the said minor between this date and
the date upon which she obtains her majority.

That your Petitioner therefore desires to deposit the
amount awarded to the minor child into a savings account in
CCNB Bank in the name of your Petitioner with a right of with-
drawal upon further Order of Your Honorable Court.

That pursuant to 20 Pa. C.S.A. 5101 your Petitioner requests
Your Honorable Court to order and direct that the interest
of the minor child, Judith L. Miller, in the estate of her
father, Michael E. Miller, Jr., be deposited by your Petitioner
of any security.
in CCNB Bank in the name of your Petitioner without the entry
WHEREFORE, your Petitioner, Charlotte T. Miller, adminis-
tratrix of the Estate of Michael E. Miller, Jr. and mother
and natural guardian of Judith L. Miller, a minor child, prays
Your Honorable Court to order and decree that she deposit the
share of said minor child in the estate of Michael E. Miller,
Jr., to wit, the sum of $1,616.53 into a savings account in
CCNB Bank, in the name of your Petitioner, with right of with-
jrawal in your Petitioner, upon further Order of Court without
the requirement of the entry of any security by your Petitioner.
