being of sound and disposing mind and memory, and considering the uncertainty of this life, do make,
publish and declare this to be my last Dill and ~e5tammt as follows, hereby revoking a11 other
and former WilJs by me at any time made.
First, alter my lawful debts are paid, I give, devise and bequeath, all rtr1
p property, real and personal, owned by me at my death to rtr1 wife,
MARJORIE IRENE GREENE, Maplewood, Bssex County, New Je rsey, and
if she does not survive me, then to rtr1 children, BETH MARJORIE
GREENE and FRANK HOWA RD GREENE, equally, both of the Town of
Maplewood, Essex County, New Jersey.
I give rtr1 executrix and substitute executrix, respectively, the
fullest power and authority in all matters and questions,
including without limitation complete power and authority to sell
at public or private sale, for cash or credit, with or without
security, mortgage, lease and dispose of all property, real and
personal, at such times and upon such terms and conditions as they
may determine, all without court order.
