LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
OF
ELMER C. MYERS
I, ELMER C. MYERS, residing in the Borough of New Cumberland, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, bE~ing of sound mind and memory, do hereby declare this
to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all Wills by me heretofore
made. I have no debts.
1.
I give, devise and bequeath the sum of $100.00 to each of the following:
Andrew Hartman, Ann Hartman, Jennifer Myers, and Deborah Lehman.
II.
I give, devise and bequeath the sum of $3,000.00 to Evelyn D. Hartman,
my daughter, in the following manner. Said $3,000.00 to be deposited in a
savings and loan association as selected by my Executor. Compound interest,
with $500.00 to be paid to her, to be paid each December, until principal and
interest are consumed. In the event she predeceases me or dies at any time
before she receives all of the said funds, then the remaining payments shall
go to Andrew Hartman, her son, with request that it be used toward his education.
IV.
I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder of my
property to my three children; namely, Evelyn D. Hartman, Charlotte A. Seward,
and Robert E. Myers, sharle and share alike.
V.
I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint Robert E. Myers to be the sole
Executor of this my Last \olill and Testament, without bond.
