northern corner of Lot No. 14; Thence along the western line of
said lot South 39 degrees 30 minutes 41 seconds West a distance
of 104.53 feet to a point, said point being the northeastern
corner of Lot No. 25; Thence along the northern line of said lot
North 56 degrees 59 minutes 56 seconds West a distance of 75.14
feet to a point, said point being the southern corner of Lot No.
16; Thence along the eastern line of said lot North 46 degrees 47
minutes 02 seconds East a distance of 116.05 feet to a point,
said point being on the southern right-of-way line of Sconsett
Way; Thence along said right-of-way line along a curve to the
left having a radius of 325.00 and an arc length of 60.09 feet,
said arc being subtended by a chord of South 48 degrees 30
minutes 45 seconds East a distance of 60.00 feet to a point, the

recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for
