LAST WILL NID TESTAMENT
OF
HATTIE NEWBURG
I, HATTIE NEWBURG, of the Borough of l'4ount Holly Springs, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, declare this to be my Last Will and Testament and revoke
any will or codicil previously made by me.
ITEJ.1 I: I. direct that all my just debts, nmeral expenses and
administration expenses, including my grave marker, shall be paid from the
assets of my estate as soon as practicable after my decease.
lTEJ.1 II:

shall survive me by
I devise and bequeath the residue of my estate, of every
situate, to my daughter, Ruth Newburg l'4oore, providing she
thirty (30) days.
ITEM III: Should my daughter, Ruth Newburg l'4oore, predecease me or
die on or before the thirtieth day following my death, I bequeath the sum of
Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000) to my sister-in-law, Dorothy Olson Larson, or
her issue, and the balance of the residue of my estate, of every nature and
wherever situate, to my nephew, Frederic Julian Larson, or his issue.
lTEJ.1 IV: I direct that all taxes that may be assessed in consequence
of my death, of whatever nature and by whatever jurisdiction imposed, shall be
paid from my residuary estate as a part of the expense of the administration of
my estate.
lTEJ.1 V: I appoint my daughter, Ruth Newburg Moore, Executrix of
this my Last Will and Testament. Should my daughter, Ruth Newburg l'4oore, fail
to qualify or cease to act as Executrix, I appoint Mildred Larson Richards of
303 Jefferson Avenue, Ridgway, Pennsylvania, Executrix of this my Last Will and
Testament.
lTEJ.1VI: I direct that my Executrix or her successor shall not be
required to give bond for the faithful performance of their duties in any
jurisdiction.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hands this 141f!:-day of
November, 1977.
