Miceli Rich G6.1 LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF FRANK MICELI I, FRANK MICELI, of the Township of Hampden, County of Cumberland and State of Pennsylvania, being of sound and dis- posing mind, memory and understanding, do make, publish and de- clare this my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making void any and all prior Wills by me at any time heretofore made. 1. I direct the payment of all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon after my decease as the same can conveniently be done. 2. All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, of whatso- ever nature and wheresoever situate, I give, devise and bequeath unto my dear wife, Irene Miceli, for and during the term of her natural life. 3 . In the event that my said wife should predecease me, or at her death, should she survive me, I direct my said Executor, here- inafter named, to convert my entire estate into cash, whether the same be real, personal or mixed, and wheresoever situate, and for this purpose, I hereby authorize, empower and direct my said Executor to sell any and all real estate which I may own at the time of my decease, at either public or private sale or sales and to convey the same to the purchaser or purchasers thereof by good and sufficient deed or deeds in fee simple, with the stipu- lation and direction, however, that my said Executor shall not -1- ;;;: /~ l~') sell or endeavor to sell my real estate for a period of six (6) months after the date of my death or after the date of the death of my aforesaid wife, should she survive me, it being my desire that said real estate remain off the market for said six (6) month period. 4. All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, after compliance with the foregoing provisions of my Will, shall be distributed to my children, share and share alike, unconditionally and absolutely.
