FIRST. I direct my hereinafter named Executors to pa;y all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon as conveniently ma;v be after my decease. SECOND. I give, devise and bequeath all my property, real, personal and mixed, whatsoever and wheresoever situate to my beloved children, share and share alike in four equal shares, one equal share to my son, ',HLBUR S. HANCOCK, one equal share to my daughter, KATHRYN WEIBLEY, one equal share to my daughter, BETTY FULLER, and one equal share to my daughter, HARTHA R. SHITH, absolutely. THIRD. I nominate, constitute and appoint my said children, WILBUR S. HANCOCK, KATHRYN WEIBLEY, BETTY FULLER and I~HA R.
