FIRST: I direct all my just debts, funeral expenses and inheritance taxes to be paid by my executrix as soon as conveniently may be after my decease. SECOND: All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, real and personal, whatsoever and wheresoever the same may be, I give, devise and bequeath to my beloved wife, Amy B. Ward, if she survives me; if she should predecease me, then I give, devise and bequeath all of my said residuary estate to my sister-in-law, Dorothy Zook, now of Camp Hill, Pennsylvania.
