I, CARRIE M. HURLEY, of Middlesex Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, declare this to be my Last Will and revoke all Wills which I have
previously written.
1. I give, devise and bequeath my entire e state, real and personal, of
whatever nature and wherever situate, unto Ralph E. Weigle, absolutely, if he
shall survive me; otherwise I give, devise and bequeath the same to my four
children in equal shares, absolutely.
2. I appoint Ralph E. Weigle as Executor of this my LastWill; if for
any reason he shall fail to qualify or cease to act as such during the administration
of my estate, I appoint Farmers Trust Company, of Carlisle, Pennsylvania, as
substituted executor.
