WE COMMAND, you that laying aside all business and excuses
whatsoever, you be and appear in your proper person before the
Honorable Judges of the Common Pleas Court, Orphans' Court
Division at a session of the said Court there to be held, for the
County of Cumberland to show cause why Elizabeth Hunsberger,

should not be discharged as guardian of his estate.

At least twenty (20) days notice of the filing of the
Petition shall be given to Howard Bivens by serving him
personally with the Citation and a copy of the Petition: and
at least twenty (20) days written notice of the Petition shall also
be given to any next-of-kin listed in the Petition either personally
or by Certified Mail.
citation shall be returnable and hearing set the 2nd day of
July, 1984, at 11:30 A.M., in Courtroom No.1, Upon return of the
Citation Petitioner is directed to file proof of service and
notice to next-of-kin.
