TIMOTHY A. COLE and STACEY M. COLE, OWNER, adult individuals with a residence
address of 313 Raymon Avenue, Boiling Springs, Pennsylvania, hereinafter called "Owner", have
entered into a contract with RALPH J. IACONO, an adult individual with a principal place of business at
41 Kensington Square, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, hereinafter called "Contractor", for the erection
of a single family residential dwelling upon land of Owner situate iin Middlesex Township, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, being more particularly bounded and descl"ibed on Exhibit "A," attached hereto
and made part hereof.
NOW, this 2nd day of December, 2005, before any authority has been given by the said Owner
to the said Contractor to commence work on the said improvements or purchase materials for the
same, in consideration of the making of the said contract with Owner and the further consideration of
One Dollar ($1.00), to Contractor paid by Owner, it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against said
property by the Contractor, or any sub-contractor, nor by any of the material"men or workmen or any
other person for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the
installation and construction of said municipal improvements, the right to file such liens being expressly
waived.

THIS Stipulation Against Liens has been executed by Owner and Contractor on the day above
written.

EXHIBIT A
LEGAL DESCRIPTION
ALL THAT CERTAIN tract or parcel of land situated in Middlesex Township,
Cumberland County, PA, being Lot. 98, as shown on a plan entitled, "Meadowbrook
Farms; Final Subdivision Plan Phase IV" dated September 24, 2004, by PennTerra
Engineering, Inc., State College, PA, being bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron pin, being a southerly corner of Lot No. 97, and lying in a
westerly right-of"way line of Farmhouse Lane (50 foot right-of"way); thence along said
right"of-way, along a curve to the left, having a chord bearing of South 22 degrees 03
minutes 04 seconds West, a chord distance of 88.33 feet, a radius of 275.00 feet, an
arc length of 88.71 feet to an iron pin lying along said right-of"way and being an easterly
corner of Lot No. 99; thence, along said lot, North 77 degrees 11 minutes 24 seconds
West 151.51 feet to an iron pin being a northerly corner of said lot, a northerly corner of
Future Phase 5, and a southerly corner of Future Phase 6; thence, along Future Phase
6, North 03 degrees 10 minutes 59 seconds West 104.34 feet to an iron pin lying along
said lands and being a southerly corner of Existing Phase 3; thence, along Existing
Phase 3, North 23 degrees 18 minutes 42 seconds East 49.67 feet to an iron pin lying
along said lands and being a westerly corner of Lot No. 97; thence, along said lot, South
58 degrees 42 minutes 27 seconds East 195.47 feet to an iron pin, being the place of
