Inventory of the real and personal estate of
A. Ethel Heberlig
deceased.
1. ALL that certain house and lot of ground situated at 36 North Earl Street,
in the Borough of Shippensburg, County of Cumberland, Pennsylvania, bounded
and described as follows, to wit:
ON the Northeast by North Earl Street; on the Northwest by lot of Frank J.
Novotny; on the Southwest by lot of Zora Bowers, formerly a part of this lot,
and on the Southeast by lot of Arthur K. Greiner and said lot having a
frontage on North Earl Street of thirty-two (32) feet and two (2) inches, mor
or less, and extending in depth a distance of one hundred forty (140) feet,
more or less, to lot of Zora Bowers in the rear.
BEING the same lot of ground which John Gutshall, widower and single-man,
by his deed dated April 9, 1954 and recorded in the Office of the Recorder I
of Deeds of Cumberland County in Deed Book "S", Volume 15, Page 500, conveyed
to John S. Heberlig and A. Ethel Heberlig, his wife, and the said John S.
Heberlig died November 7, 1961, survived by his said wife, A. Ethel Heberlig
