Dear Sir:
Enclosed herewith for probate is Will of A. Ethel Heberlig and
Petition for Letters Testamentary. The one subscribing witness,
John McCrea is deceased, the other subscribing witness, being
Mildred C. Russell Davison has signed the oath. She is a secretary
at McCrea and Davis, Attorney's office in Shippensburg. There will
be an additional witness come to the Courthouse along with the
Executor to probate the Will. The estimate of the value of the
estate will be approximately between $ 40,000.00 and $ 50,000.00.
Please note that there is a separate white sheet of paper
which contains the Decedent's signature to be probated with the Will
as a Codi ci 1.
