Dear Judge Shughart:
The court appointed Connie B. Clark, Guardian Officer, Laurelton
Center, guardian of the Frank Edgett estate on December 15, 1978. A
copy of the order is attached.
On August 11, 1986 per the enclosed court order you discharged
Connie B. Clark, as guardian of Frank Edgett's estate.
On October 27, 1987 Frank Edgett was admitted to Selinsgrove Center
pursant to the last paragraph I am successor to Connie B. Clark. With
the court's approval I will re-assume the duties and responsibilities
as guardian of Frank Edgett's estate.
There is the following next of kin:
Mrs. Mary Looney, Mother
At this time we do not have the correct address. However, we
are in the process of trying to locate it and will inform them of
the change.
