consideration of the Petition for the discharge of the Guardian of
Susan E. McConnell and proof of notice of the said Petition
to Susan E. McConnell's next-of-kin having been filed. the
Court finds that Bonita J. Stahl. appointed Guardian by decree of
this Court dated NoveMber 17, 1978 is no longer able to function
as guardian of the Estate of the said Susan E. McConnell.
It is ORDERED AND DECREED that the First and Final Account of
Bonita J. Stahl, subMitted to this Court for audit on _t2.~C-S-f!i[-2---.
is hereby confirMed and that Bonita J. Stahl is discharged of duties and
responsibilities as Guardian of the Estate of Susan E. McConnell.
It is further ORDERED if Susan E. McConnell is re-adMitted to
Selinsgrove Center, Bonita J. Stahl or her successors shall iMMediately
re-assuMe the duties and responsibilities of Guardian of the Estate of
Susan E. McConnell. When this occurs, the Guardian shall give Notice
to the Orphans' Court Division of the Court of COMMon Pleas.

The Petition of Bonita J. Stahl. Guardian respectfully represents:
1. Your Petitioner was appointed Guardian of the Estate of Susan E.
McConnell by this Court on NoveMber 17. 1978 at No. 21-78-526.
2. At that tiMe. the inCOMpetent was a resident at Selinsgrove
Center.
3. The inCoMpetent's dOMicile at the tiMe of her adMission to
Selinsgrove Center was 712 Hilltop Drive, New CUMberland. Pa. 17070.
4. The inCOMpetent is 36 years of age. having been born on
August 6. 1950.
5. The incoMpetent's Military status is: never served in the arMed
forces.
6. The incoMpetent's Martial status is: never Married.
7. Those persons, if any. who are the incoMpetent's next-of-kin,
their address and relationship to sallie, of WhOM your Petitioner has
knowledge are as follows:

8. The incompetent was discharged from Selinsgrove Center on
November 191 1986.
9. The incompetent now resides at , SMiley Drive in Mechanicsburg. Pa.

10. To the best of Petitioner's knowledge1 no institution or individual
is willing to be appointed Successor Guardian of the Estate of Susan E.
McConnell.
11. The incoMpetent has income consisting of:
(a) Money due froM the Social Security Administration in the aMount
of $393.00 per Month.

12. The incoMpetent has assets1 real and personal1 of which your
Petitioner is aware in the amount of $11813.13 consisting of:
(a) Cash held by the Guardian in the aMount of $1.813.13 as

13. The incompetent has debts outstanding in the amount of $ -0-

14. Since Susan E. McConnell is no longer a resident at Selinsgrove
Center1 it is impossible for your Petitioner to continue as Guardian of this

Final Account of Bonita J. Stahl. Guardian of the Estate of Susan E.
