Dear Ms. Lewis:
This is to inform you of the death of the above-captioned client
for whom I was appointed legal guardian on November 17, 1978. By
authority of a Decree issued by the Cumberland County Orphans' Court
on March 28, 1984 (to the estate representative via the Law Office of
Robert M. Frey) or Mr. Louis G. Davis.
The total conserved funds were $1,620.14. A billing in the
amount of $334.27 owing the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania was also
forwarded.
