HEIDER, of the Township of Lower Allen, County 'I of Cumberland and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding, do make, publish. and declare this as and for my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making void all former wills and codicils by me at any time heretofore made. FIRST. I order and direct that all my just debts and fun- eral expenses be paid by my Executrix or Executor, as the case may be, hereinafter named, as soon as conveniently may be done after my decease. SECOND. I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder of my Estate, real, personal and mixed, whatsoever and wheresoever situated, unto my wife, ROBERTA A. HEIDER, abso- lutely and in fee simple, if she survives me. If my wife, ROBERTA A. HEIDER, does not survive me, then and in that event, I give, devise and bequeath my said entire Estate unto my daughter, namely, BETH ANNE HEIDER, absolutely and in fee simple. THIRD. If both of the beneficiaries named in Item Second above, namely, my wife, ROBER~A A. HEIDER, and my daughter, BETH ANNE HEIDER, should not survive me, then and in that ultimate event, I give, devise and bequeath my entire residuary estate unto my wife'S sister, namely, JEANNE A. Such Guardian shall have the power to use principal as well as income from time to time for my said minor daughter's support, welfare and education or to make payment for these purposes, without further responsibility, to my said daughter or to the person taking care of my said daughter. LAS~LY. I nominate, constitute and appoint my wife, ROBERTA A. HEIDER, to be the Executrix of this, my Last Will and Testa- ment, but if for any reason she should fail to qualify as such Executrix or cease so to serve, then and in that event, I nomi- nate, constitute and appoint my daughter, namely, BE~H ANNE HEIDER, to be the Executrix hereof, each to serve without bond. If my daughter, namely, BEfH ANNE HEIDER, should survive me but fails to qualify as Executrix hereof in accordance with the conditions of appointment stated in the paragraph immediately hereinabove or ceases so to serve, then and in that event, I nominate, constitute and appoint COMMONWEALTH NATIONAL BANK to be the Executor of this, my Last Will and Testament. If, however, my wife, ROBERtA A.
