To whom it may concern:
This is to certify that the undersigned, John R.
Miller, Jr., a practicing attorney in Centre County, Pennsylvania,
has examined the County assessment records in the County of Centre
relative to the fair market value of the land and trailer owned
jointly by Charlotte Walker Dixon and Luther Walker, now deceased,
situate in the Borough of Howard, Centre County, PennsYlvania.
The fair market value of the lot, which is a lot 100 x
75, is One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00); the fair market value of
the Rollo Home, a 1957 model 8 x 42 trailer, with a carport addi-
tion in 1972, is One Thousand Three Hundred and Forty-one Dollars
($1,341.00).
The fair market value, therefore, of the lot and the
trailer is Two Thousand Three Hundred and Forty-one Dollars
G2,34l.00).
